ParanoidFan.com is the ultimate social network for sports fans. Our service allows for sports fans to interact with friends, follow their favorite teams, check-in to earn badges, have all their sports news aggregated to a single source and much more.
Our desktop version was initially launched as a news aggregator that was centered around a user-driven curation model that delivered news to Facebook and Twitter feeds. However, our new desktop version allows for many of the same benefits as the previous version but has also been constructed to manage our new social network stream.
In the Fall of 2012, we plan to launch our first iPhone app. Our mobile app will be the primary driver of our sports fan engagement via our social network.
In the meantime you can contact us at help@paranoidfan.com with any comments and/or questions you might have.
Paranoid Fan was founded in the summer of 2011 by Dallas-based entrepreneur and sports enthusiast, Agustin Gonzalez. As an obsessive sports fan, he always wanted to go to only one website that would aggregate all the best sports news for his team. Going to several sports sites multiple times per day was inefficient and he proposed constructing a site to aggregate all of that data feed.
That same summer Paranoid Fan, Inc. was born.
In addition to our founder's personal capital and sweat equity, we are fortunate enough to have a number of close friends (angel investors) that have helped us initiate our seed capital.
You can reach us at help@paranoidfan.com. We welcome working with everyone to address any issue with our site or other related technologies.
